Guestwork Referral Circle Program Terms

The Guestwork Referral Circle rewards individuals who introduce qualified property owners to Guestwork.

Eligible Referrals

A referral must:

  • Be a new contact not already known to Guestwork
  • Own or control a qualifying property
  • Express genuine interest in Guestwork services
  • Complete a consultation with Guestwork

Referral Rewards

Current referral rewards may include:

$250 Reward

Qualifying urban suites, condos, and smaller properties.

$500 Reward

Qualifying cottages, waterfront properties, luxury homes, and larger vacation rentals.

Guestwork reserves the right to determine reward eligibility.

Reward Payment Conditions

Referral rewards are only issued after:

  • The referred owner signs a management agreement
  • The property launches with Guestwork
  • The property completes a minimum of eight (8) weeks of successful management services

Exclusions

Referral rewards will not be issued for:

  • Existing Guestwork clients
  • Duplicate referrals
  • Self-referrals
  • Fraudulent submissions
  • Referrals that do not proceed with Guestwork services

Program Changes

Guestwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Circle Program at any time without notice.
