What exactly does Guestwork do?

We provide comprehensive stewardship for high-end urban suites, luxury second homes, and seasonal retreats. Our focus is on managing entire, private properties in Toronto and Cottage Country. We do not manage shared spaces or properties with on-site long-term tenants, as our “Sensory Script” requires total control over the guest environment to ensure a five-star experience.

While we do offer “à la carte” design and setup services for DIY owners, our full-service management is an all-in-one solution. We believe the only way to guarantee the Guestwork Rhythm is to manage the cleaning, concierge, and operations as a single, seamless circuit. This ensures clear communication and total accountability for your asset.

Where will my property be listed?

We position your home where the most qualified guests are looking. This includes a global presence on Airbnb, VRBO, Cottagesincanada.com, and Booking.com, all synchronized to prevent double bookings.

Revenue is driven by a blend of location, seasonal demand, and your property’s unique amenities. During our Diagnostic Phase, we provide a tailored yield estimate based on real-time market data for your specific region—from the high-demand peaks of Wasaga Beach to the year-round draw of Toronto.

We use Market Harmony—our proprietary blend of human expertise and dynamic pricing software. We adjust your rates daily based on local events, weather shifts, and market compression to ensure you are never leaving money on the table.

ONBOARDING & OPERATIONS

How long does it take to launch?

Our goal is to move from the In-Person Discovery to a live, booking-ready listing within two to four weeks depending on the requirements, and provided the home meets our readiness standards.

Our turnover service goes far beyond a standard tidy. It includes professional-grade cleaning, spa-standard linen resets, and a full restock of your artisanal coffee bar and essentials. Every turnover is photo-verified to ensure the Guestwork Standard is met before the next guest arrives.

We treat your home as if it were our own. In the rare event of a mishap, we handle the Stewardship of Claims. We collect the necessary evidence—photos, receipts, and estimates—and navigate the travel channel’s resolution process on your behalf to secure the best possible outcome.

OWNER ACCESS

Can I see my own bookings?

Absolutely. You will have full visibility of your property’s calendar and performance through our owner portal and platform. Transparency is a core pillar of our stewardship.

Of course—it is your asset. We simply ask that you coordinate your visits with us in advance to ensure they don’t overlap with a guest’s stay or a scheduled maintenance window.
